Internship Rules & Guidelines
Read the important rules for application, attendance, project submission, certificate issue, and certificate verification before joining an internship or workshop.
Eligibility
- Students must provide correct personal, academic, registration, phone, and email details during application.
- The selected internship domain or workshop should match the student's academic interest and project topic.
- Applicants are responsible for uploading a clear passport-size image where required.
Application & Profile Details
- Use a valid email address and phone number because all important updates are linked with these details.
- Registration number, college name, course, and project topic must be accurate before submission.
- Students should keep login details safe and use the applicant dashboard to track profile, application, offer letter, and certificate status.
Training Conduct
- Students must complete assigned tasks, project work, and reviews within the communicated timeline.
- Professional behavior, regular communication, and honest project submission are expected throughout the internship or workshop.
- Plagiarized, incomplete, or misleading project work may delay completion approval and certificate issue.
Certificate & Document Issue
- Offer letters and certificates are issued only after admin review and approval of student records.
- Certificate details are generated from the submitted student profile, so corrections should be requested before final issue.
- Students can download issued certificates using their registration number and registered phone number.
Certificate Verification
- Issued certificates can be verified publicly using certificate number and registration number.
- Organizations, colleges, and students may use the verification page to confirm certificate authenticity.
- If a valid certificate is not found, check the entered registration number and certificate number, then contact support if needed.
For any correction in student details, contact the administrator before certificate generation.
